In compliance with the letter (No. 246/SLSA-49/2016 [Haider] dated 29.07.2026) from the Hon’ble Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow, and pursuant to the orders of the District Judge, all concerned applicants are hereby informed that an online interview for two (02) posts of Member at the Permanent Lok Adalat, Maharajganj, will be conducted as follows:

Time: 02:00 PM

Accordingly, all applicants are directed to ensure their participation in the online interview process by appearing—along with all necessary original records and documents related to their application—two hours prior to the scheduled time on the appointed date.

In compliance with the letter (Ref. No. 3647 SLSA-49/2024 (Haider) dated May 29, 2026) from the Hon’ble U.P. State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow, and the order of the Hon’ble District Judge/Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Maharajganj, applications are invited in the prescribed format from interested candidates possessing adequate experience in public utility services for selection to 12 posts of Member at the Permanent Lok Adalat, Maharajganj.

Subject to prior intimation from the Hon’ble High Court, Allahabad, a new Circular (No. 14/Admin. ‘D’ Section, dated 15.10.2022) has been issued regarding the re-appointment/re-employment of retired District Court personnel against available vacancies in the District Court, Maharajganj under various terms and conditions.

In pursuance of the instructions received from the U.P. State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow, a Para-Legal Volunteer (PLV) is to be engaged for one post of Para-Legal Volunteer in the District of Maharajganj.

Regarding appointment of Counselors in Family Court, Maharajganj

In continuation of letter no. 3153/SLSA-99/2019 dated 25.08.2022 of Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow and order dated 23.02.2026 passed by Hon’ble District Judge, Maharajganj, applications are invited from advocates having the prescribed qualifications (experience 10 years, experience in pleading and conducting 30 sessions trials) for filling up 01 vacant post of Chief Legal Aid Defence Council in Legal Aid Defence Council System in District Legal Services Authority, Maharajganj of District Court, Maharajganj. They will be engaged on contract basis initially for 02 years. Their contract period can be extended year by year based on their work performance.
